EdPuzzle Tutorial
Tools: Storyline 360, Replay 360
Time in Development: 6-7Â hours
Project Background

I created this tutorial to walk teachers through an online software program where they turn videos into interactive quizzes/ instructional tools. The tutorial explains what EdPuzzle is, how to use it with step-by-step videos, and ideas to implement it right away in the classroom.
Solutions
- I created several sections as individual scenes in Storyline for easy movement between sections to allow participants to chose topics.

- When showing the data section, I could not screencast due to confidentiality. I used screenshots eliminating all but first names and then created interactive hotspots for participants to click on. This provided information and also mirrored the program with the clicking of different buttons.
Results
It functions as it was designed to: a step-by-step demo participants can work through while creating their own videos. The confidentiality issues do not impact overall functionality or information in the end product.

Takeaways: This was designed as a companion to the text based guide. However, an alternative project would be to insert the videos into the Text Based Guide in which participants could read or watch the videos, thus allowing for greater choice in one program.
