As a person who loves learning and sharing new knowledge, I became a teacher. However, year after year I felt something was missing. So, I followed my best practice instincts and analyzed the data that was my career. I discovered the most fulfilling aspects of my job: designing and developing units of learning, looking at data and finding the gaps, and creating e-learning projects. In short, instructional design.

Today, the valuable skills gained from teaching allow me to design and develop learning for adults in both instructor led and web based formats.
