Background of Project

As VP of Communications, one duty is to send weekly eblasts to members. To provide better content, I set up a monthly communications schedule, incorporated themes, and introduced a monthly Member Spotlight feature.

Solutions

  • Created a monthly schedule to highlight members, events, and local resources. This established consistency and variety.

  • Introduced monthly themes to highlight topics from member survey and provide focus.

  • Created new graphics for each event to balance visual interest with text.
